Job summary

HSO International is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end managed services across Dynamics 365 and related cloud platforms. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive improvement across global projects within a large Microsoft ecosystem.

You will oversee DevOps support, manage SLAs and budgets, and guide release governance and deployment activities to ensure high customer satisfaction and stable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise managed services.
• Senior-level Service Delivery Management experience in complex customer environments.
• Proven ownership of multiple services across Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Azure, integrations, and data.
• Proven Release & Change Management experience, including governance, CAB processes, and production deployment.
• Experience managing SLAs, budgets, service quality, customer satisfaction, and escalations.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery across Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Azure, integrations, and data solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and align services with their business objectives.
• Lead and coach the DevOps customer support team.
• Own SLAs, service performance, budgets, escalations, and continuous improvement.
• Lead Release & Change Management, including release governance, CAB processes, risk assessment and production deployments.
• Coordinate releases and resolve dependencies across functional and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand customer services.
• Contribute to service delivery standards and best practices within Managed Services.
