Job summary

Customs Support Group invites applications for a Customs Agent (Declarant) to handle day-to-day declarations and compliance for import/export shipments, ensuring alignment with EU and Polish rules, HS codes, and VAT considerations. You will work with IDP for automated document processing, prepare customs declarations, and support team knowledge sharing while maintaining data security under GDPR.

Work sites include Sławków, Kraków, Żarska Wieś.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a customs agent or in similar roles.
• Licensed Customs Agent certification in Poland/EU.
• Experience with HS codes, WTO valuation, and trade agreements like CETA.
• Familiarity with AIS/IMPORT PLUS.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Organize work station and perform duties per supervisor instructions and regulations.
• Prepare and register customs declarations and ensure timely submissions.
• Share expertise with colleagues; train interns and junior staff.
• Maintain data security and GDPR compliance.
• Use IDP tools for automated processing and HS classification.
• Handle documents and maintain client folders and records.
• Provide timely responses to client or carrier inquiries.
• Adhere to schedules and company policies.
