Job summary

Customs Support Group (CSG) is Europe’s leading independent customs services provider active across 14 countries. We seek a Customs Declarant to handle declarations accurately and compliantly using automated systems, data analysis, and risk assessment.

You will advise clients, colleagues, and authorities, contribute to process optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fast, compliant border handling and smooth supply chains.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in customs processes.
• Experience with automated declaration processes.
• Experience with client contact and compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely submission of declarations.
• Ensure compliance with national and European customs legislation.
• Maintain high-quality customs files.
• Reduce operational risks and penalties.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation.
• Advise clients on customs legislation and origin.
