United States Digital Space LLC in Amsterdam is seeking a Global Customs Analyst to join our Customs Team. You will digitally prepare and file documentation for import and export, review documents for EU compliance, and classify products using GRIs.

You'll work with and learn from top logistics professionals, helping reduce friction in global trade while supporting high-volume shipments and maintaining excellent client relations.

Qualifications

• Customs experience is ideal, but not required. We'll teach you!
• Background in freight forwarding or logistics is a strong plus
• Dutch is a plus
• Ability to manage a high volume of entries accurately and on deadline
• Strong written and verbal communication, and the organizational skills to keep many shipments moving at once
• Comfort working in digital tools. Our workflow is paperless, and we want you to make it even better

Responsibilities

• Digitally prepare and file all documentation required to customs clear goods (import & export)
• Review and organize incoming documents to ensure compliance with EU Customs Regulations
• Classify products as necessary using GRIs
• Identify the potential for the use of a Preferential Trade Agreement on a per shipment basis
• Maintain excellent working relationship with clients by providing customer service that exceeds client expectations
