Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints with high satisfaction.
• Serve as primary operational contact for assigned customers across Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Coordinate export documentation and international shipments in compliance with regulations.
• Support onboarding of new customers and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and data integrity for audit readiness.
