Job summary

ofi seeks an International Customer Inquiries Manager to support Sales, PLM and Quality Assurance for Olam Cocoa. You will coordinate questionnaires, requests for product requirements, and related documentation for customers across international markets.

The role requires a master’s in food technology, 5+ years in the food/pharma sector or QA, strong data tools skills, and fluency in English; French or German is a plus. A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with regular social events awaits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master's degree in food technology or equivalent knowledge.
• Ability to create customized information management tools using software.
• Strong English proficiency; French or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer questionnaires and requests, creating product and quality documents.
• Answer inquiries and ensure timely, accurate responses to audits and audits.
• Develop a monitoring and cataloging structure for international customer needs.
• Anticipate customer needs based on trends in chocolate and cocoa sectors.
• Participate in seminars to support the company's industry position.
• Stay updated on manufacturing trends, ingredients, and regulations.
