Job summary

ASML seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead global connectivity services, connecting ASML with customers’ Fabs. You will manage end-to-end service delivery, from Remote Tool Operation to file transfers, and lead distributed teams and key suppliers across the globe.

You will shape service strategy, manage demand and budgets, and contribute as a MT member to the department’s strategic direction. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• At least a MSc degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years experience with building/managing IT delivery teams.
• At least 5 years experience as a leader in a multi-team environment.
• At least 3 years experience with large IT suppliers and off-shoring.
• Experience in managing internationally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end services enabling ASML to install, support and improve products at customer facilities.
• Manage demand including short-, mid-, and long-term roadmaps.
• Manage suppliers delivering the key platforms and support teams.
• Oversee service delivery and global deployment (time, budget, quality).
• Lead and develop the individuals in scope and build future capabilities.
• Participate as MT member with financial management and department support.
