Job summary

Applied Medical in Amersfoort, NL, is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage customer accounts across countries. You will oversee cash collection, resolve queries, and support billing projects within a collaborative team. The role reports to the Team Leader Credit Control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent thinking level.
• 2+ years in B2B cash collection preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts daily and identify risks and issues.
• Oversee timely order release according to policy.
• Manage payment terms and collection activities.
• Assess credit risk per policies and reports.
• Coordinate and monitor payment plans.
• Own open issues and coordinate with Sales and Finance for resolution.
• Prepare reports to meet customer and business needs.
• Identify recurring issues and aid process improvements.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
