Job summary

Applied Medical Corporation is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage customer accounts across multiple countries from Amersfoort. You will oversee daily cash collection, resolve account queries, and support billing projects within an international finance team.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Tender & Contracts, and Finance to ensure a smooth order-to-cash process and a healthy accounts receivable portfolio, reporting to the Team Leader Credit Control in Amersfoort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education and clear thinking ability.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B cash collection.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and credit management tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts daily and identify risks.
• Ensure timely release of orders per policy.
• Coordinate and monitor payment terms and collection activities.
• Assess credit risk levels per policies and reports.
• Coordinate and monitor payment plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Tenders and Finance for resolutions.
• Prepare reports to meet business requirements.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
