Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage legal and corporate matters for strategic clients in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Under supervision, you will draft and review legal documents, coordinate KYC and statutory filings, and liaise with clients, advisors, and Citco teams worldwide to ensure regulatory compliance. You will also train junior staff and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in corporate or fiscal law with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a comparable position.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a preference.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all legal and corporate matters for our strategic clients.
• Draft and review legal documents and assess relevant legal documentation.
• Coordinate KYC processes and statutory filings with local authorities.
• Liaise with clients, advisors, and Citco teams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Train junior staff and oversee their activities.
