Job summary

Orffa, headquartered in Breda, the Netherlands, is seeking a Corporate Financial Controller to own group financial reporting and drive international consolidation across multiple entities. You will coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closes, review subsidiary submissions, and ensure accuracy and compliance with group policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.
• RA qualification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial control, audit, consolidation, or corporate reporting.
• Experience with international entities and strong knowledge of financial reporting and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English; Dutch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual group closing, consolidation and reporting.
• Coordinate the financial reporting cycle across multiple international entities.
• Review submissions from subsidiaries for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and contribute to annual report and statutory reporting.
• Act as a point of contact for complex accounting topics, internal controls and external audits.
• Oversee corporate tax and transfer pricing activities with external advisors.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize finance processes, reporting and controls.
