Job summary

Maersk, operating at Maasvlakte II in Rotterdam through Adecco, seeks a Logistics Administrator to handle the administrative processing of container movements behind the scenes. You will manage gate registrations, data checks, invoicing and customer inquiries to keep operations moving smoothly.

The role requires experience with container depots or shipping, strong Excel skills, and good Dutch and English communication. Own transport to Maasvlakte II is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in container depot/terminal/shipping environment.
• Knowledge of gate processes, EIRs, and container invoicing.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• MS Dynamics experience is a plus.
• Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
• Must have own transport to Maasvlakte II.

Responsibilities

• Register Gate IN and Gate OUT movements.
• Check and process container data.
• Process storage, handling and repair activities.
• Prepare and process invoices.
• Check container documentation and respond to inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve disputes.
• Use systems including MS Excel, MS Dynamics, MERC+ and the Depot Operating System.
