Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of International Compliance to lead and enhance the global compliance program across Europe and other international markets. The role covers ABAC, transparency reporting, third‑party risk, HCP/HCO interactions, training, monitoring, and investigations.

It is a hands‑on position combining strategic and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer or senior compliance professional with 10–12 years in life sciences

Formación

• Qualified lawyer or senior compliance professional with healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences compliance experience.
• Approximately 10–12 years of relevant professional experience in life sciences compliance.
• Experience across Europe and/or International markets.
• Ability to provide practical, risk-based advice in a fast-paced business environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global compliance program across International markets.
• Serve as trusted compliance advisor and business partner to International markets.
• Translate global policies into regional and local processes.
• Design, deliver, and track role-based compliance training for International colleagues and third parties.
• Develop and maintain risk-based monitoring and auditing plans for International operations.
