Job summary

Pharming Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Intern to support our Legal and Compliance function in a dynamic international pharmaceutical environment. The role offers exposure to a broad range of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across Europe and ROW.

Key tasks include contract renewal, regulatory research, SOP implementation, and liaison with external law firms. Strong legal background and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Masters in law with specialization in health law.
• Very good English oral and drafting skills.
• Very good analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a project.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on legal and compliance issues.
• Renew and amend distributor contracts.
• Attend weekly departmental meetings.
• Liaise with external law firms advising on compliance issues in EU and ROW.
• Support with the implementation of SOPs and Policies in EU and ROW.
• Conduct regulatory research for multi-jurisdictional compliance issues in pharmaceutical industry (e.g., sanctions, HCP engagement, language requirements for internal training, genetic testing).
• Help with the presentations issued by the department.
