Job summary

Riverty is seeking a Compliance Expert to support international expansion and oversee regulatory requirements across markets, with emphasis on product governance and automation. The role integrates governance, risk management and technology-driven compliance within a fast-paced FinTech environment.

The candidate will collaborate with local and group stakeholders, contribute to AI-enabled compliance initiatives, and help shape the future of compliance through scalable tech, data-driven processes

Qualifications

• Completed studies in economics, law, IT or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in compliance of a bank or payment institution, with focus on product governance and automation.
• Very good knowledge of relevant legal and financial regulatory requirements (e.g. EBA, PSD3, AMLR).
• Experience with digital tools and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise business and product teams on regulatory requirements for market entry and international expansion.
• Develop, implement and maintain the product governance framework throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish and oversee governance, risk, monitoring and reporting processes in the product environment.
• Act as interface between 1st and 2nd line of defense and coordinate with local and group stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities to digitalize, automate and scale compliance processes using AI and tech.
• Support selection and monitoring of compliance technology solutions and promote best practices.
