Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Amsterdam is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Manager to own the creation and delivery of compelling content across corporate channels. You'll script, film, edit and publish social-first content showcasing our brands, sustainability journey, culture and leadership.

You'll partner with executives, including the CEO, to craft an authentic leadership presence, manage the content calendar, engage with communities, and analyze outcomes to refine storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating social-first content from concept through filming, editing and publishing.
• Excellent video production and editing skills with CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Outstanding storytelling and copywriting in fluent English.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and social media best practices.

Are you a creative storyteller who can spot a great story, capture it, and bring it to life through engaging social content? We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Manager to own the creation and delivery of compelling content across JDE Peet's corporate and executive social channels. Working within our Corporate Communications team in Amsterdam, you'll create authentic stories that showcase our brands, innovation, sustainability journey, culture, and leadership. From scripting and filming to editing and publishing, you'll manage the full content creation process while helping shape the voice of our executives and CEO. If you're passionate about creating content that people genuinely want to watch, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role you will:

• Create, film, edit and publish engaging social-first content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other corporate channels.
• Develop authentic stories that showcase JDE Peet's brands, innovation, sustainability initiatives and people.

• Own the corporate content calendar, from idea generation through to publication.

For this role as Social Media Content Creator & Manager, we're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience creating social-first content from concept through filming, editing and publishing, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Excellent video production and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Outstanding storytelling and copywriting skills with fluent English.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders or executives and the confidence to create authentic on-camera content.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and social media best practices, including content performance and analytics.
• A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to identify stories and bring ideas to life with minimal direction.
