Job summary

VONK is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to test, commission, and bring electrical installations into operation. Depending on your knowledge and experience, you may start as a junior engineer or lead complex projects independently.

The role is on-site in Staphorst, with opportunities to work on national and international assignments and collaborate with a skilled team to drive technical development across power electronics and control systems.

Qualifications

Degree in electrical engineering or comparable field with foundational theory and practice.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Experience with testing, commissioning, or start-up activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform in-house testing and verification on electrical installations.
Carry out commissioning activities on electrical installations, nationally and internationally.
Identify technical deviations and contribute to solutions.
Work according to applicable standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Coordinate with project teams, customers, suppliers, and engineers.
Identify risks and respond proactively to technical/process/organizational challenges.
Record and document test results and activities.
Contribute to knowledge development within the team.
Contribute to timely and correct delivery of installations.
