Job summary

Tulip Tech, based in Den Bosch, Netherlands, seeks a Global Commercial Controller to own pricing, cost structure, and profitability across the Netherlands, Ukraine, and the USA. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Finance to sharpen pricing and expose true product profitability.

The role sits close to the business, influencing pricing decisions and margins, with responsibilities spanning forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial controlling, pricing, cost or related roles.
• HBO or WO level education in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build a global pricing toolbox with senior Sales leadership.
• Understand full product cost structure from cells to freight and duties.
• Own sales forecasting and margin budgeting with profitability by project/customer/product.
• Identify margin improvements across pricing, procurement, supply chain and production.
• Improve data quality and automation in ERP and CRM systems.
