Job summary

Tulip Tech, based in Den Bosch, Netherlands, seeks a Finance Administrator to maintain the financial backbone of a growing manufacturing company. You will handle purchase and sales invoicing, bank bookings, supplier payments, and customer collections while supporting month-end reporting.

You’ll work hands-on on the production floor, assist with the move from Exact to Odoo, and collaborate with the Head of Finance & Control.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance administration or bookkeeping.
• Experience with Exact is required; Odoo is a plus.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping: purchase and sales ledgers, bank bookings, and VAT.
• Proficient in Excel and numbers accuracy.
• Comfortable contacting customers about payments with tact.

Responsibilities

• Process and book purchase invoices on time.
• Record bank statements and maintain cash positions.
• Prepare supplier payments and reconcile statements.
• Create and send sales invoices.
• Follow up on overdue payments and assist month-end close.
• Assist on production floor and inventory from finance side.
