Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Multinational Client Service Specialist in Amsterdam to support operations in Casualty, Financial Lines, and Cyber. You will be the primary contact for clients and brokers while collaborating with underwriters.

The ideal candidate has relevant insurance experience, strong communication skills in English and Dutch, and a proactive attitude. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and client events.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an underwriting support role, preferably within global program business.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and system use.
• Proactive attitude with a robust desire to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers and other external parties.
• Collaborate closely with underwriters and network partners for account handling.
• Verify and review prepared policy documents, invoices and premiums.

Skills

Communication in English and Dutch

Knowledge of Casualty, Financial Lines and Cyber products

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Data analytics

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
