Job summary

Atradius Global in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee multinational client accounts, delivering strategic support to policyholders and brokers. You will manage relationships across customers, brokers and internal teams, ensuring high standards of service and underwriting alignment.

You will build lasting client partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and lead renewal negotiations while staying informed on market and policy developments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior account management experience in the Finance or Insurance industry.
• University, HBO or equivalent degree.
• Able to develop and execute a client strategy.
• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written, in English and Dutch.
• The ability and willingness to travel.
• Proactive, collaborative, and customer‑focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Own true ownership of your customers’ accounts and understand their future needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with brokers, customers, and colleagues.
• Find opportunities to grow the business in your client portfolio.
• Negotiate policy renewals and ensure appropriate pricing and underwriting.
• Develop knowledge of solutions and customer strategies to ensure loyalty.
• Work with Product & Policy Solutions and legal advisors on policy wording.
• Represent Atradius at external events and promotional activities.
