Boomerang is seeking a Client Services Director to lead the Heineken partnership, focusing on the Global social workstream and supporting Heineken Netherlands and Heineken Product Innovation. You will drive growth, manage senior stakeholders, and lead high-performing teams across disciplines.

The role demands strategic advisory, strong commercial focus, and the ability to win new business while ensuring exceptional client service. Amsterdam-based with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client services, account leadership, or agency management.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and global client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth and profitability.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing client partnerships and winning new business.
• Native Dutch speaker preferred, with full professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior client partner across Heineken Global, Heineken Netherlands, and Product Innovation.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide strategic counsel.
• Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Contribute to new business development, pitches, and agency growth initiatives.
• Own account profitability, forecasting, revenue growth, and commercial performance.
• Lead scope discussions, contract negotiations, and fee management where required.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the project team.
• Foster collaboration between client service, strategy, creative, production, and project management teams.
