Job summary

twentysix is seeking a Media Client Lead to guide digital marketing projects, manage deliverables, and align stakeholders with client objectives. You will build strategic relationships with local clients, oversee day-to-day communications, and design robust project plans tailored to each client's needs.

Reportedly, you will drive value by expanding revenue opportunities, nurturing client associations, and mentoring team members within a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Strong experience with social media platforms.
• Experience with AdTech/MarTech solutions (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
• People management experience & ability to scale knowledge within a team.
• Project management experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders from C-suite to SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPIs and roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Lead comprehensive project plans detailing roles and deliverables.
• Organise and support project teams to deliver high‑quality output.
• Manage a team of 4-5 paid media professionals.
• Ensure outcomes are defined, approved and delivered with value recognized at each step.
• Create communications content for leadership and clients.
• Coordinate day-to-day communications with stakeholders via plans, emails, meetings, and QBRs.
• Foster relationships to drive growth opportunities beyond the project scope.
