Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the data center industry or similar critical infrastructure environments.
• Proven client-facing delivery expertise, including handling escalations.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and project documentation.
• Experience working in a global matrix organisation without direct authority.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel around 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Sales, Solution Engineering, Construction, Implementation Services and Operations.
• Ensure delivery against SOWs, SLAs, scope, timelines and budgets.
• Drive project execution by tracking progress and mitigating risks.
• Act as main client contact and manage escalations.
• Facilitate smooth transition from implementation to operations with proper documentation.
• Support contract negotiations and validate project scope and costs.
• Provide accurate, client-ready project updates.
• Contribute to best practices and playbooks for strategic clients.
