Job summary

iChoosr is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to guide the global finance function and strategy. You will lead the finance, accounting and compliance teams across several countries, shaping scalable processes and a robust governance framework.

You will partner with the Global Management Team to drive strategic planning, budgeting, and digital transformation, including selecting a modern ERP. English communication and cross-border fiscal leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership with scale-up or multinational exposure.
• Experience navigating multi-entity structures and currencies.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance mindset including ISO 27001 exposure.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership as active Global Management Team member for growth strategy.
• Lead Finance, Accounting & Compliance team across multiple countries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
• Drive selection and implementation of modern global accounting tools.
• Translate financial metrics into board-level insights and strategic actions.
• Ensure cross-border operations, treasury, tax optimization, and audit readiness.
