Job summary

ESA seeks a Head of the CFO Digital Transformation Office (RES-IF) in Noordwijk to lead the Digital, Data and IT contribution to the CFO transformation across Finance, Controlling and Procurement. The role requires a master’s degree with extensive experience in ERP and enterprise IT strategy, and leadership of cross-functional teams.

You will steer governance, delivery, and data integrity, coordinating with the CFO Directorate and enterprise architecture, delivering sustainable transformation

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programmes (ERP).
• Experience defining enterprise IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and align CFO digital transformation roadmaps within CFO priorities.
• Lead the CFO Digital Transformation Office and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure end-to-end coherence of processes, systems and data across the portfolio.
• Oversee deployment of ERP/SAP S/4HANA and related transformation activities.
