Job summary

European Space Agency is seeking a senior leader to head the CFO Digital Transformation Office. You will steer the digital, data and IT contribution to the CFO transformation across Finance, Controlling and Procurement, ensuring end-to-end coherence and delivery of the CFO application portfolio including S/4HANA.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with CFO ownership and agency strategy, and drive governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement for a robust digital finance

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant domain; 10+ years of professional experience.
Proven experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programmes (ERP/SAP, S/4HANA).
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making at senior levels.
Experience managing cross-directorate and international IT strategies and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead CFO Digital Transformation Office and align with CFO priorities.
Ensure end-to-end coherence of CFO processes, systems and data across the transformation program.
Oversee governance, risk, budgets and delivery against scope and schedule.
Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure successful ERP implementation and transition.
