Job summary

Syntegon Packaging Solutions B.V. in Weert is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Market Segments to drive commercial growth for VFFS market segments.

You’ll connect segment expertise with regional sales, KAMs and global teams to strengthen our market position and uncover new opportunities. You’ll act as a global ambassador for your segments, build networks with customers and partners, and support training, market insights and value propositions across regions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in international B2B project sales, ideally in packaging or capital equipment.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages (German, French, Spanish or Dutch) are a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering with commercial training.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial development and growth of assigned VFFS market segments.
• Build networks with customers, Key Accounts, and regional sales organisations.
• Represent Syntegon as the global spokesperson for the segments and coordinate global Key Account activities.
• Support the introduction and commercialisation of new features and solutions within the market segments.
• Coordinate market development and provide segment knowledge and training across regions.
