Job summary

IFF is seeking a Global Program Manager, AN&H Brand Transition, to lead the end-to-end Danisco-to-IFF transition from Leiden, The Netherlands. This 2-year fixed-term project is global in scope with cross-functional ownership and accountability for on-time delivery, customer continuity and market access across multiple markets.

The role requires managing a cross-disciplinary team, coordinating external agencies, and ensuring governance, risk management, and stakeholder updates are delivered

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple markets.
• Strong planning skills including milestone management, dependency mapping and budget oversight.
• Ability to translate broad strategy into focused execution and maintain momentum without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the integrated program charter and roadmap with milestones and budget.
• Lead delivery across Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, Technical, Legal, Quality, Ops, Supply Chain and Digital teams.
• Coordinate governance cadence, risk & issue registers and monthly leadership updates.
