Job summary

Mambu is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to lead our EMEA delivery team, ensuring end-to-end implementations for new and existing clients are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage scope and risks, and build strong client relationships to maximize value from the Mambu platform.

English communication and leadership are essential in this global role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience leading a delivery team in Professional Services, Banking, Fintech, Consulting, Product or related fields.
• Experience leading scoping and delivery of technology services or digital transformation engagements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the EMEA delivery team to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Own end-to-end implementations of Mambu for new clients through effective leadership and client engagement.
• Ensure implementations are delivered within scope, budget, time, and quality standards.
• Establish, document, measure, and quality check processes for efficient operations.
• Coordinate resources, kickoff, and milestones; manage project scope and risks.
• Ensure consultants deliver according to configuration and methodology standards.
• Provide visibility of project status to teams and senior management.
• Collaborate with product teams to organize and deliver cross-team work dependencies.
• Build strong customer relationships to maximize product value.
