Job summary

Mambu is hiring for a customer marketing role in the Netherlands to craft compelling customer stories and drive product adoption. You will curate and promote customer case studies, develop written and video content, and coordinate events to strengthen customer relationships.

You will work with the Content and Acquisition teams to weave customer stories into marketing initiatives, drive engagement, and support retention goals. A data-driven mindset and experience with marketing tech are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years in customer marketing, demand generation, field marketing, or customer success in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
Experience speaking with customers and translating tech into compelling case studies.
Proven ability to design and execute marketing campaigns driving engagement, advocacy and retention.

Responsibilities

Develop, curate, and promote customer case studies, stories and testimonials.
Create written and video content focused on product innovation and releases.
Promote content across channels including website, ebooks, whitepapers, blogs and webinars.
Plan and manage Mambu Meet-up events, including communications and follow-ups.
Coordinate logistics for Customer Advisory Board meetings and analyze feedback.
Identify opportunities with Customer Success and Commercial teams to drive cross-sell and upsell programs.
Own reporting and metrics for all programs and optimise strategies.
