Job summary

RM365 NL, a leading aesthetic medical product supplier, seeks a PR professional to build media relationships, draft communications, and drive brand campaigns in the beauty sector. You will coordinate PR activities and collaborate with marketing and leadership to support growth.

The role requires proven PR experience in beauty or luxury retail, exceptional writing and storytelling skills, and an existing media/influencer network.

• Proven PR experience within beauty, aesthetics, or luxury retail.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Existing network of relevant media and influencer contacts.
• Ability to balance creative campaigns with strategic, results-driven execution.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to maximise positive brand exposure.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, corporate announcements, and other PR materials that reflect the brand’s tone and values.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand awareness, product desirability, and market presence in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
• Oversee event publicity, including product launches, press previews, VIP events, and industry exhibitions, ensuring a premium and consistent brand image.
• Monitor media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast channels, compiling regular reports and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
• Act as a brand spokesperson when needed, managing both proactive and reactive communications in alignment with company messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams — marketing, product development, and leadership — to ensure PR strategies support wider business goals.
