The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales experience, fluency in German or Dutch and English, and is willing to travel 20-40% monthly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial solutions, manufacturing, or comparable sectors.
• Fluent German or Dutch and English (C2 level).
• HBO or WO education; industry study is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and travel 20-40% per month.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen sales skills and product/market knowledge.
• Drive revenue growth through outbound and inbound activities, meeting targets.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain relationships within assigned portfolio.
• Apply different sales strategies to engage and expand within international organizations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Management, and Business Development teams to support objectives.
