Jobster in the Netherlands seeks an Outside Sales Representative to introduce technical solutions to new and existing customers. You will drive revenue with outbound/inbound activities, manage pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across international organizations.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales, fluency in German or Dutch and English, and an HBO/WO education. A valid driver’s license and 20–40% travel are expected. Hybrid work/benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries (industrial solutions, manufacturing, or similar).
• Fluent in German or Dutch and English (C2-level).
• HBO or WO educational level; study within the industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and availability to travel 20-40% per month.
