Job summary

NXP Semiconductors N.V. in the Netherlands is seeking an International Product Marketing Manager Automotive to define and deliver the next generation of edge networking solutions for software-defined cars.

You will own market analysis, NPI planning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies, engaging with customers and engineering teams throughout development. The role requires automotive market experience, semiconductor background, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Electronics Engineering, MBA is a plus.
5–8 years in semiconductor industry in product marketing or business development.
Willingness to travel worldwide to meet customers and attend trade shows.
Automotive market experience is required.
Creative mindset is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct market analysis and create opportunities for current and future product portfolios.
Create and own New Product Introduction business plans, pricing strategy, competitive positioning and long-term forecasts.
Manage NPI lifecycle from initiation to volume ramp-up and change notifications.
Own go-to-market plan.
Engage with customers, system architects, product definers, and engineering teams throughout development.
Translate customer requirements into clear product specifications.
Balance tradeoffs between features, timeline and costs.
Manage development tools and samples availability.
Inspire and lead internal stakeholders to create positive impact.
Translate long-term market requirements into a platform approach for the roadmap.
