Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s student in CS/ML/Data Science with related studies.
• Strong Python programming skills and ML/workflow experience.
• Comfortable translating analytical results into engineering decisions.
• Interest in semiconductor test data and production analytics.
• Available for a minimum 6 months internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative AI/ML solutions for Product Engineering at NXP.
• Analyze semiconductor test and characterization data using data tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes on schedule.
• Support development of ML solutions for data analytics in the team.
• Contribute to zero-defect screening and scalable testing approaches.
