Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in the Netherlands (Eindhoven) is looking for an Automotive System Engineer to join the CTO Automotive System Innovation team. You will help define and develop innovative demos, proofs-of-concept and system solutions using NXP automotive chips and software, spanning radar, battery management, secure car access, UWB, and more.

You will combine hardware/PCB design knowledge with embedded software skills and collaborate with multiple teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field (BSc/MSc/PDEng).
• Experience with embedded platforms and hardware/software integration is preferred.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop innovative demos, proofs-of-concepts and system solutions using NXP automotive chips and software.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on hardware/software integration.
• Interact with multi-cultural teams to drive automotive system innovations.
• Contribute to the NXP Showroom and customer-facing demos when needed.
