Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a senior Hardware Test Engineer to drive design, development and validation strategies for test hardware used in semiconductor products. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in hardware design, testing and validation with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep expertise in semiconductor test flows and SI/PI simulation on digital, mixed-signal, high speed, RF and mmWave.
• Experience with ATE test equipment such as Advantest 93K, Exascale, J750, UltraFlex families.
• Proven ability to lead test hardware initiatives in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global engineering teams and define test hardware roadmaps.
• Oversee testing hardware (load boards, probe cards) and strategies for semiconductor products for FTR silicon validation and HVM readiness.
• Manage risks and ensure design and delivery of quality hardware.
• Collaborate with BL Test Engineering and Operations; manage vendor relationships.
