Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead the art direction for global campaigns, launches and brand initiatives from concept through final delivery. You will collaborate across Digital, Retail, Social and markets to shape compelling visual worlds that elevate the Rituals brand.

You will direct shoots, manage productions across photography, film, CGI and AI workflows, and ensure craft and brand consistency while translating strategy into engaging narratives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in art direction with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into distinctive visual narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the art direction of global campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Direct productions across photography, film, motion, CGI and AI workflows while maintaining craft and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, producers and external partners to bring ideas to life.
• Present and defend creative concepts to stakeholders balancing quality and business needs.
