Job summary

MAAN Management, Coaching & Advies is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a high‑caliber governance and analytics team. You will own regional AP controls, apply Celonis analytics, and support a major global integration in the travel sector.

The ideal candidate has SAP and Blackline experience, strong data interpretation, and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders in English and Spanish. This is a fast-paced role with KPI/SLAs and a focus on financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• AP accounting expertise with SAP and Blackline experience.
• Experience with process mining and data analytics.
• Strong stakeholder communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional PCAOB AP controls and ensure compliance.
• Use Celonis for deep-dive analyses on duplicates, PO mismatches, starter kits.
• Own GRIR analysis and reconcile AP balance sheet accounts.
• Serve as main contact for top global stakeholders and key vendors.
• Track KPIs and SLAs; post manual journals in Blackline.
