Job summary

Prothya Biosolutions Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Finance Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. You will manage the AP process, ensure invoices are processed accurately, and maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in finance with AP/AR focus, SAP and Excel proficiency, and a proactive mindset. We offer a generous package including 8.33% end-of-year bonus, 8.33% holiday allowance, a €2,000 training budget, travel

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in finance with a focus on accounts payable or receivable.
• Experience with general ledger work and SAP is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing and corrections in the AP inbox, ensuring invoices are booked accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned financial matters.
• Handle SAP general ledger bookings and maintain well-organised financial data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and manage minor tax exceptions.
