Job summary

EMHA is seeking an Alignment Specialist to join a close-knit team in the Netherlands. You will align machines on projects domestically and abroad, using precise measurement methods and your technical know-how to deliver reliable results.

The role offers a monthly salary of €3,000–€5,000 plus allowances for international work, overtime, weekends and holidays, a profit-sharing scheme, a Christmas bonus, and the EMHA choice package of flexible employment benefits.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with alignment and/or fitting in maritime/industrial sectors.
• Strong organizational and technical insight.
• High accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to overtime and weekends with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Perform gap/sag alignment of propeller shafts.
• Conduct 1- and 2-axis straightness measurements.
• Carry out flatness measurements and interpret shaft alignment calculations.
