DEPT® is seeking a VP, Creative to lead the creative output, execution, and strategy for a major global account. You will work hands-on, manage a distributed creative team, and partner with Account, Strategy, and Technical leads to deliver world-class, data-informed creative work on a global scale.

You will mentor talent, elevate the account’s creative offering, and drive growth through bold ideas that balance craft with performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of creative leadership experience in a global agency or digital-first organization.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor distributed, multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, platforms, and technology-enabled creativity.
• Strong client-facing skills with senior stakeholder collaboration experience.
• A strong portfolio balancing brand storytelling, digital innovation, and performance data.
• Inclusive, collaborative leadership aligned with people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the creative vision and account positioning across a global client.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of brand experiences from digital product design to campaigns.
• Inject emerging platforms and cultural shifts into the creative roadmap.
• Act as senior creative partner to the client’s leadership teams and drive business impact.
• Manage a distributed creative team and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Media, Technology, Data, and Production to deliver integrated solutions.
