AB InBev seeks a hands-on 3PL Operations Manager to drive performance of transport and warehouse partners across export, import, and domestic operations. You will ensure smooth daily execution, strong KPI performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in a complex, international environment.

You will lead performance reviews, address issues with urgency, manage inventory and assets, and collaborate with 3PLs, DCs, and internal teams across Europe.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in logistics or international supply chain.
• 3 years of logistics or international supply chain experience.
• Experience with SAP, TMS, WMS, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly performance reviews with 3PLs covering safety, quality, KPIs and financials.
• Drive improvements in transport KPIs and resolve operational issues with urgency.
• Act as main operational contact for Prague, breweries, domestic teams and DCs.
• Manage asset and inventory processes including counts, stock accuracy, and materials.
