Job summary

Working hours

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in payroll and/or accounting
• Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Experience with payroll processes and payroll legislation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, ADP GlobalView and/or SAP is an advantage
• Experience in high-volume operational environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
• Experience working with different departments, stakeholders, and cultures
• Knowledge of additional European languages is considered a plus
