Job summary

Verathon is seeking a German-speaking EMEA Customer Care Specialist to join our Amsterdam team. You will deliver end-to-end support for orders, product and training inquiries, and moderate-level technical questions, acting as a trusted partner to clinicians and administrators.

In this role you will resolve issues with urgency and empathy, guide users through device and software workflows, and help maintain SLA-driven performance in a fast-growing global medical devices company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service department preferred.
• Fluent German language skills required.
• Experience in an English-speaking company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of a case from initial contact to resolution.
• Handle incoming requests from customers via phone and email.
• Ensure timely and thorough resolution of issues per SLAs.
• Provide follow-up contacts to customers as needed.
• Troubleshoot medical devices and software with users.
