RoomRaccoon Hotel Tech is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to guide a portfolio of hoteliers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal. You will be the trusted advisor, identifying growth opportunities and driving value from RoomRaccoon's hotel management system and related modules.

You will collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey and sustained retention across Europe, working remotely or from Breda, Lisbon, or Cape Town

Qualifications

• Fluent in German with professional English proficiency.
• 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Proactive in identifying commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of hotel clients, ensuring success throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Conduct regular business reviews and create success plans to assess product usage and growth opportunities.
• Deliver product training and workshops to optimize hotel operations with RoomRaccoon.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Product and Support to ensure a seamless journey.
• Own renewal processes and proactively identify opportunities for upsell and add-ons.
• Track engagement metrics and usage data to detect risks and drive retention.
