Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Senior Allocator to lead our allocation team across inline stores and outlets. You will monitor stock levels, analyze performance, and drive strategies to optimize sell-through and revenue while coordinating with Buying, Planning and Store Operations.

Responsibilities include managing replenishment using our systems (APTOS), developing inventory strategies, mentoring junior allocators, and presenting insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DTC allocation team, replenishing stock using our replenishment system (APTOS).
• Analyse sales trends, stock levels, and store performance to maximize sell-through and revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, buying, and store ops for optimal stock levels.
• Adjust allocations based on store performance, regional trends and demand.
• Develop allocation strategies to support sales targets and promos.
• Mentor junior allocators and generate allocation reports for senior management.
