Job summary

QuantWare seeks a senior in-house lawyer to lead all legal activities as the sole function owner, reporting to the CFO. You will guide IPO readiness, govern complex commercial deals, and manage investor documentation while coordinating with outside counsel as needed.

You will operate alongside the CFO and management to shape governance, risk, and compliance as the company scales globally, with a hybrid work setup and a focus on pragmatic, rapid execution.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with substantial in-house experience.
• Direct exposure to Dutch and US legal or commercial matters is required.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to push back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPO and public-company readiness.
• Negotiate and draft high-value commercial agreements (customer, supplier, IP).
• Own investor-facing legal documentation and governance filings.
• Manage outside counsel across jurisdictions and build playbooks.
