Job summary

Netflix International B.V. is seeking a Technology Experience Specialist to be a subject‑matter expert across GenAI adoption, identity management, enterprise SaaS administration, hands‑on IT support, and user‑experience advocacy.

You’ll help keep Netflix’s enterprise workforce connected, secure, and productive while serving as an escalation resource, knowledge owner, and collaborative partner to many teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a corporate IT, systems administration or technology support role.
• Experience with GenAI productivity tools and integrating them into workflows.
• Ability to translate support data into actionable narratives for partners.
• Proficient with IAM tools and SSO protocols (OIDC/SAML).
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS and user lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Domain Expertise & Escalation Support: advise on complex issues and escalate to Engineering as needed.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: drive training and maintain Help Center content and self-service resources.
• User Experience Learnings & Stakeholder Collaboration: synthesize feedback into actionable narratives for partners.
• Data Backlog Curation: own and curate the N-Tech data backlog with data hygiene.
• Identity & Access Management: administer end-to-end identity lifecycle across Google Workspace, Okta, Duo MFA, Pandora/AD.
